Established by architects in 2005, VI GROUP, spol. s r. o. is a Slovak design and development company with family tradition. The company specializes in two main activities: real estate development projects mainly in residential segment and architectural-designing activities.
The company builds affordable and quality homes in practical and design buildings. The main aim is to build homes in successful development projects for all categories of clients and to satisfy the needs of inhabitants.
Architectural-designing activity is closely tied with planning activities in consulting new development projects with administrators of utility networks as well as governmental and municipal authorities. Within this process, individual degrees of project documentation are provided, including documentation for urban planning procedure, building permit procedure and final occupancy inspection procedure.
