MATADORKA represents an elegant and comfortable way of living for cosmopolitan and strong-minded people. The new development is situated in the vicinity of the most attractive places of interest for inhabitants of Bratislava, within Petržalka city district, with quick access to the city centre. It is a life-style residential development that will offer future home owners high standard of living, including broad variety of amenities. MATADORKA project will provide high-quality and timeless architecture for the location. Twenty-nine-storey residential tower will offer an exceptional view over the panorama of the capital city. Totally, 335 residential apartments and non-residential apartments are offered, including two, three and four-room apartments. The ground floor encompasses 15 premises for commercial use. ARCHITECTURE

Because we are architects, our projects are full of our ideas and improvements. Module structure of floors enables (until certain stage of project finalization) to join more apartments together or to design an own composition of rooms according to the wish of client. The new development features 5-chamber plastic windows with enhanced sound-insulation glazing including regulable micro-ventilation. Terraces of apartments are equipped with water distribution pipes and water valves to enable watering. Heating and preparation of warm water will be ensured by heat pumps which will do the cooling as well. Also, each apartment features floor heating.


ECOLOGY

Our buildings are designed in such a way so as to serve their purpose in long-term and to be ecological and energy saving. They become a natural part of location where they are built but don´t represent an environmental burden. MATADORKA project was not designed to maximize the profit from the area, but to logically fit into the future picture of the dynamically developing locatio, taking advantage of natural intensity of the vacant space. Lot of green areas located within the parter, in the inner part of object and on the roofs, represent an important part of the project. Greenery has an important ecological stabilizing function and decreases local microclimatic temperature and, last but not least, significantly contributes to aesthetical value of the location.
